Microcirculatory dysfunction іn children with systemic соnnective tissue disease

■ Abstract:

Objective. To examine the microcirculation in children with systemic соnnective tissue disease using laser doppler floumetri. Patients and methods. Investigations were carried out in 26 children with systemic connective tissue diseases and 22 healthy children aged 8 to 17 years. Using clinical, biochemical, immunological methods and performance of laser doppler floumetri (LDF). Results. For children with systemic connective tissue diseases common are the low level of microcirculation; decrease in the coefficient of variation and the oscillation amplitude in the range of endothelial activity; expressed displays arteriolo-venular shunting; improving microcirculation during reactive hyperemia; reduction of reserve possibilities vessels. Conclusion. Application of LDF children with systemic соnnective tissue disease reveals the presence of generalized microangiopathy that develops at an early stage of the disease, progresses with increasing activity of the process and the duration of the disease.
