■ Abstract:

Objective: To study the features of anamnesis of women with infertility and various types of submucous myoma nodes. Patients and methods: A retrospective study of medical records of 170 women with single submucous myoma node, which passed surgical treatment by method of hysteroresectoscopy, was held. The women were divided into groups based on the hysteroscopy classification of submucous myoma nodes. Gynecological, somatic and reproductive anamneses were studied. Results: The main complaints of women were pain during menstruation (60.00; 42.86 and 37.84%, p1-3 <0.05), in the middle of the menstrual cycle (30.0, 25.00 and 27.03% , p> 0,05) and heavy menstruation (55,00; 57,14 and 45,95%, p> 0,05). They did not differ in age of menarche and duration of menstrual cycle. More than half of patients assessed menstruation as excessive by volume (55,00; 71,43 and 62,16%, p> 0,05) . Analysis of reproductive and gynecological anamnesis of patients with submucous myoma found no difference between female patients with various types of nodes. Studying of somatic anamnesis has shown that women with a first node type have maximum total incidence of somatic morbidity (it was detected in 65.00% compared with 25.00% and 37.84%, respectively). Conclusions: The study of the anamnesis of women with submucosal myoma of the uterus and infertility showed that the presence of somatic pathology is the basis for the formation of this type of tumors of the reproductive tract, and the presence of inflammatory processes affects the formation of different types of myoma nodes.
